The sensor supports convenient plug-and-play installation on-site. Typical applications include monitoring river water, lakes, drinking water, and environmental protection systems.
Many substances suspended in water exhibit absorption or blocking effects on visible light, manifesting as reduced water transparency. Therefore, water transparency can be calculated by measuring the absorbance of light by substances in water. Transparency sensors are designed based on this principle. When immersed in the liquid to be tested, the transparency sensor reads and measures the absorbance of light beams at specific wavelengths by the liquid. Through specific curve fitting and calculations, it ultimately completes the measurement of transparency data.
